(TSHO) published the following statement by its President and CEO, Luniel de Beer: "It has come to our attention that there may be an intentional attempt to falsely discredit our company, including our recent corporate developments and our overall business plan, through a systematic smear campaign. We have also been made aware of the potential that there may be organized stock shorting activities behind this smear campaign, which may account for the sudden erratic trading in our company's stock. There are a significant number of inaccuracies within the associated report that are not based on fact, but rather a mosaic of assertions seemingly chosen to support the motives of the parties involved in creating the report. Lighting Science Group Corporation (LSCG), a global leader in public infrastructure LED (light emitting diode) lighting products and Senergy USA, LLC, a provider of turnkey municipal lighting solutions, have entered into an agreement to coordinate marketing and supply efforts to American cities, counties and towns. Under the agreement, Senergy will utilize the Lighting Science PROLIFIC™ series roadway luminaires to replace inefficient high pressure sodium cobra head street lights, driving economic, environmental and municipal service benefits through Senergy’s street lighting program. Lighting Science Group and Senergy will coordinate marketing efforts nationwide.

XO Communications (XOHO) announced that the XO Sales Playbook has won the Stevie® Award in the Sales Lead Management System of the Year category in the fourth annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service. The awards were presented by the Stevie Awards, which organizes several of the world's leading business awards shows including the prestigious American Business Awards. Nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word for "crowned," winners were announced during a gala banquet on Monday, February 22 at the Eden Roc Renaissance Hotel in Miami Beach. Nominated customer service and sales executives from the U.S.A. and several other countries attended.

Advanced Environmental Recycling Technologies, Inc. (AERT), a leading plastic recycler and manufacturer of Green building products, announced that after two weeks of checks and calibrations, the final approval for startup of AERT's new recycling facility in Watts, Oklahoma was granted by the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality on Thursday, February 25, 2010 with the initial run taking place Thursday afternoon. AERT's new recycling facility performed as expected and the recycled plastic processed through the system met initial quality specifications. As required by permit conditions, AERT will complete a series of tests over the next few weeks and the company will verify compliance with nameplate capacity during that period.
